I just wanted to thank you for the prompt service I received from South West Drains Ltd. today. Having been let down by a company who made an appointment to undertake a drains survey ......... not realising that they did not cover this area! When I rang this morning to enquire where they were, I was told that they had been unable to call to explain the mistake as they had taken down my telephone number incorrectly! I immediately rang South West drains and I was surprised and relieved to hear that you could carry out the survey today. Within 4 hours I was visited by Joe and Jason (who were both charming) and I cannot thank you enough for carrying out this vital survey so promptly and efficiently to enable us to proceed with the sale of the cottage.
